Dates: 5/31/2012 - 8/1/2012
Description
Walk ancient Spanish roads, explore Palladian architecture, cruise Dutch canals, and study the work of Brunelleschi and Michelangelo in the cities that they called home. First, field visits to important buildings and urban settings in Florence, Madrid and Amsterdam and other European cities that include on-site lectures and student produced analytical activities. Second, a set of intensive building design projects in European urban settings that are informed by the analytical fieldwork.
