Description

You will study at the Pontifica Universidad Catolica, one of the most prestigious and respected universities in Rio. The summer program is dedicated to Portuguese for Foreigners language studies only. The Department of Letters offers language courses at five levels, from Beginner to Advanced.

A mandatory Portuguese language placement test indicates the appropriate level for each student. If you haven't studied Portuguese but can speak Spanish with at least average fluency, you can be accepted into the Intensive Pre-term Portuguese for Foreigners Course.
