Description
Our Semester Free Elective program at Apicius is created for students wishing to design their own curriculum from a broad selection of courses. Semester students may select five courses, of 2 or 3 credits each, for a maximum of 15 semester credits. Italian language is required for Free Elective students, though there is no language prerequisite. All courses are taught in English and internships are NOT available to Free-Elective program students.
