NTU offers an integrated term or semester-based programme. You usually join the second-year of one of the following subjects (although first-year entry is sometimes recommended), working alongside our full-time students and engaging in the same workshop, lecture and project activities.

This course will provide you with the skills to become the equivalent of a 'building doctor' - able to recognise, investigate, analyse and test all aspects of building performance. You will be able to advise on relevant processes, including maintenance, refurbishment and restoration.

* BEng (Hons) and BSc (Hons) Civil Engineering
This course produces daring engineers with the flair and imagination to literally design and build bridges for the future. You will be prepared to take on the challenges of developing and maintaining the infrastructure required by the world at large.

* BA (Hons) Interior Architecture and Design
Interior Architecture and Design is a modern, progressive course focusing on the design and development of internal spaces in relation to their overall architectural composition. The course has a great reputation for developing creative individuals.

* BSc (Hons) Planning and Development
This course provides a detailed consideration of the entire development process, from site analysis through the planning system and ultimately to the delivery of a scheme. The focus is on adding value to land and property as an advisor, consultant or developer of the future.

* BSc (Hons) Property Finance and Investment
This course covers issues such as law, property valuation and sustainability and develops an understanding of property appraisal. It focuses, in particular, on investment and finance in real estate markets.

* BSc (Hons) Real Estate
This course develops the skills, knowledge and understanding you need to become a professional within the dynamic property industry. It deals with all aspects of property management, including the valuation, development, sustainability, investment and finance - focusing on commercial property.
