Spend your summer in London and gain meaningful cultural experience and a deeper knowledge of what it means to be a citizen of the world! You can enroll in six credits and choose from an array of challenging courses. These courses are taught by British and international faculty, who follow the British approach to instruction, whereby students are expected to supplement lectures with reading.

You will have the chance to know London's vibrant city-scape and bustling streets. We offer enrollment in IES Abroad courses, housing in homestays or the IES Abroad London Residence Hall, and field trips and you will have the opportunity to meet English and international students alike.

IES Abroad courses are designed to offer you a unique academic experience, combining the traditions of your home campus with the best of the British university system. IES Abroad therefore integrates field study into virtually all courses, focusing on the many opportunities for learning that London presents.

The UK Today Program offers:
* IES Abroad courses across a wide variety of disciplines taught by outstanding British and international faculty.
* Optional field trips to destinations such as Cambridge, Brighton, and Stratford.
* Cultural events-- past events include a trip to Windsor Castle, a visit to Stonehenge, and a backstage tour of the National Theater.
