Study abroad for a semester or a year at the American College of Thessaloniki with GlobaLinks Learning Abroad, formerly known as EuroLearn. Your study abroad experience is all about you! GlobaLinks Learning Abroad is here to help you in your exploration throughout the study abroad experience. Our programs are designed so that our local and overseas staff are available 24 hours a day to support you in health and safety matters and enhance your study abroad experience. Through our planned activities and resident directors' personal recommendations for activities you can undertake while abroad, you will be directed on a path of personal, academic, cultural, social, and professional discovery. This team, which supports you throughout your experience, will ensure that you have the most fulfilling experience possible one that is unique to you!

What Will You Discover?

Study abroad programs at the American College of Thessaloniki (ACT) have been specifically designed to meet the needs of North American college students at any undergraduate level. You may choose courses from liberal arts, technology, and business curricula to fulfill electives or major requirements at the home school; or, choose courses in Greek language, history, culture and art. No previous language experience is necessary. ACT offers American-style undergraduate and graduate education with teaching standards and campus infrastructure unmatched in the region, and with a rich student life on and around campus.

Highlights

A number of clubs, excursions, and service learning opportunities are available to study abroad students at ACT.

U.S. University Transcript option is available through our School of Record, University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.

GlobaLinks Learning Abroad offers a multi-day Bridging Cultures Program (in country). This program blends discussion, cultural exploration, and social gatherings for an informative and fun introduction to the country in which students will be living and studying abroad.

GlobaLinks Learning Abroad staff in the U.S. and abroad are available 24 hours a day for support of students, parents, and advisors. In addition to our London-based Resident Director, GlobaLinks Learning Abroad provides bilingual support staff at several of our sites in Europe to ensure that assistance is available in times of need and crisis.
