This programme is suitable for high-school graduates aiming to build a career in hotel and restaurant management. Our diploma graduates gain supervisory or management training positions in large and medium-sized hotels and resorts, and in a wide variety of restaurants and catering companies.

The programme is designed to appeal to those with an entrepreneurial spirit, managerial aspirations and as a basis for further studies at Bachelor level. The first two years are offered either at the Le Bouveret Campus or at the Lucerne Campus and the last term at the University Centre in Brig.
