Cork, Ireland's second largest city, is a lively city located only a few miles away from the famous Blarney Castle and Blarney stone on the beautiful south coast of Ireland. It is known for its great contributions to architecture, design, music, dance, theater, film, food, literature and sports. Aspire students will experience both traditional and modern Ireland in Cork.

Aspire by API's Mission Statement

Aspire by API is the high school and gap year division of Academic Programs International (API), an educational organization that has been sending university students abroad to study since 1997. Aspire by API is dedicated to providing comprehensive summer study abroad programs for high school students as well as gap year abroad programs for recent high school graduates. Our language and cultural immersion programs provide students with educational opportunities to learn and develop relevant global skills in an exciting, enriching, safe, and secure setting. We aim to start each student on a path of lifelong global citizenship through participation in an ASPIRE program.
