With two campuses in or near Belfast (Belfast and Jordanstown), the Magee campus in Northern Ireland's second largest city, and one in the regional town of Coleraine, students will experience the different corners of Northern Ireland. Regardless of which campus you may choose, you'll find a vibrant and growing university which provides every opportunity for you to integrate with Irish, British, and other international students.

Highlights
You'll find a wide variety of high-quality course offerings in the humanities, business and management, engineering, information technology, life and health sciences, and social sciences. If you want to take particular advantage of your time spent in Northern Ireland, the University offers a large number of engaging courses in Irish history, politics, language, and literature. Like many North American students, you may find the Universitys offerings in peace and conflict studies to be particularly compelling.
The University's comprehensive academic offerings and variety of four campus locations are popular among local students, though not as well known to those from North America. Your distinctness as a North American student will be valued and welcomed, and youll spend many memorable hours gaining insight into the rich cultural tapestry of Northern Irelands dual traditionsIrish and British, Catholic and Protestant, Gaelic and English. You can choose to study at any one of the Universitys four campuses. Each campus will give you the flexibility to choose courses from any department that interests you; however, to maximize your study time and social opportunities, you need to pursue all of your coursework on one campus only. Most classes are taught in a lecture format, with an emphasis on supplemental tutorial sessions. For a full-time course load, you can expect to take about three courses per semester or term.
