Highlights

This program visits the capitals of five European Union countries with formal classroom teaching in London, plus extensive field trips in all cities.

The European Union forms the most important trading area in the world. It also represents an enormous financial and commercial marketplace for the American business world. The addition of 10 new members in 2004 and an additional 2 in 2007, expanded the single market to more than 450 million people in 27 countries. It is important that future business leaders in the U.S. fully understand how the European Union works, the implications of the single market, the euro, the expansion of membership and prospects for political, economic and commercial cooperation with America.

Spend 4 weeks studying and traveling through the European Union. Earn 3 semester credits from Richmond, The American International University in London while getting a close up and personal view of business and politics in the EU. Spend 8 nights in London, 5 nights in Paris, 3 nights in Brussels, 2 nights in Strasbourg, 1 night in Frankfurt, 2 nights in Prague and 3 nights in Berlin.
