Description
Spend the Semester in Paris with San Diego State University. Explore Parisian monuments, churches, museums and galleries, as Paris becomes an extension of your classroom while you attend classes with local and visiting San Diego State University faculty.
In addition to the academic program, participants on the Semester in Paris program have the opportunity to attend cultural events and optional social activities organized by the ACCENT Paris Center staff. The ACCENT Paris Center also provides support and guidance to students studying abroad.
Highlights
Cultural learning is an integral part of the program. Students take part in a cultural activity series that includes guided visits of museums and historical sites, and an evening ballet, concert or opera performance. A three-day/two-night excursion to Normandy and Brittany is included in the program with entry costs, guides, accommodations and transportation.
In addition, there are three optional one-day excursions to Fontainbleau/Vaux-le-Vicomte, Giverny/ Rouen and Chartres available to program participants. More information on optional excursions will be available at the overseas orientation. Excursions are chosen based on the academic curriculum and are subject to change.
